DATELINE: ATLANTA

A business jet rolled off the runway at Peachtree-DeKalb Airport in north Atlanta Thursday afternoon, after the city's worst winter storm this year.

Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Christopher White said no one was injured.

"I'd consider it a minor incident," White said. "There was no damage to the plane. We just have to pull it out of the mud."

The Gulfstream 3, a twin-engine aircraft capable of holding 19 passengers, was landing on Runway 20 Left when it rolled off the end of the runway. It was registered to a Dallas-based company, 448 Alliance LLC.

White said he could not verify if the incident was weather-related, but the National Weather Service announced that about an inch of snow had fallen in the area early Thursday morning.
