Aircraft, Inc., will be demonstrating its new in-flight communications
technology in Washington DC
Sky Way Aircraft, Inc., a Clearwater, FL company developing a unique
ground to in-flight aircraft communications network that will facilitate
homeland security and in-flight entertainment services, will be
demonstrating their aircraft anti-terrorism communications technology
at the U.S. Capital, House Rayburn Office Building, Room 2325, C
St., S.W., Washington, DC from 5:00-7:00PM on May 8th, 2003. This
is an exclusive demonstration for Members of Congress, Congressional
Staff, and the Homeland Security Administration and will highlight
Sky Way Aircraft's network's abilities to enable in-flight surveillance
and monitoring services of the internal areas of the aircraft including
the cockpit and general cabin spaces and assist in allowing real-time
monitoring services by various law enforcement agencies at selected
locations throughout the U.S.

On April 23, 2003, Sky Way Communications Holding Corp. announced
that it had signed a letter of intent to merge with Sky Way Aircraft,
Inc. The letter of intent is non-binding and is subject to various
conditions including the execution of a definitive merger agreement.
